The Cellar Masters Tasting Room at Grahams Lodge
Discovering the latest edition to the Grahams Lodge, the Cellar Masters Trilogy Room, was a very interesting discovery during our latest visit to Vila Nova de Gaia.
They intended this room for groups that are willing to deep dive into the world of port wines, discovering single harvest port’s from the Symington’s class A brand - Graham’s.
I was fortunate to get a tasting of 2 wines, a Vintage from a very respectable year, the Vintage 1994, and a unique Single Harvest wine from the year 1982
Both 2 completely different port wines in both style and flavor, but still recognizably a graham’s style.
Very rich, complex yet still balanced and easy to drink.
