Veludo Japonês (Portuguese for "Japanese Velvet")
The name honors the silky texture and delicate floral aroma, combining the refinement of Japanese flavors with the deep, earthy sweetness of tawny port — like velvet in a glass.

Ingredients:
30 ml Tawny Port
25 ml Ginjo Sake
15 ml London Dry Gin
1 barspoon Maraschino Liqueur (e.g., Luxardo)
Garnish: 1 salted sakura blossom (soaked/rinsed)
🍹 Recipe: Veludo Japonês
In a mixing glass, add all ingredients (except garnish).
Add plenty of ice and stir until well chilled (about 20–25 seconds).
Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with the salted sakura blossom gently placed on the surface.
